I have to say Alasou, this is an amazing work! I love the small patches of flour on her apron (and hear ear, so adorable!) and the bits of frosting on her. The smile on her face also really helps to convey the amount of love and effort that was put into making the cake, which is very much like Fluttershy. I also really like the chef's hat on her head in that fashion, it's just... cute. There is something about the way the ears are when they are downwards like her left one because of the hat that accentuates the adorableness of her.
I haven't really seen Fluttershy as a baker, so it is something that is somewhat new to me. It presents the same endearing feel in a different medium than usual, which is usually her with animals or just being cute. It is definitely a nice change of pace.
The way you drew this is also quite exceptional as well. You make use of gradients quite well with the flour and her blush. You also make proper use of shadowing with regards to the cake being behind her and her hairband as well as presenting a sort of "depth" to the art with the hat and apron, making it so that it's not just a 2D picture. I will say that I feel that piece of frosting on her "nose" feels a bit pasted on there and doesn't feel quite right. Her posture also seems a bit off, but that is probably because seeing a pony standing on two legs and with her front hooves behind her back.
Overall I feel that you captured that feeling of kindness and love that is characteristic of Fluttershy quite well; it really resonated with me. Exceptional work Alasou!
