My very first attempt at speed paiting (or whatever it's suppose to be called) in monochrome. I need a lot more of practice but it was way more funnier to do than I thought.

Oh, hey! I remember seeing you on Ponychan's /art/ board! Congrats on making EQD's Drawfriend, great to see that you're making a name for yourself!

The shading looks real good for a speed-art, but I suppose making it monochromatic made it a bit easier to do that way, didn't it? The one thing I find off about Twilight is her tail--the shape is a bit awkward, but speed-painting ain't supposed to be perfect.
Anyway, keep up the good work, and I should probably try to comment on your Ponychan thread sometime...

Very interesting. I love the sese of purple within the forest. With her horn illuminating the whole scene, and her shadow at her hooves, this looks marvelous!
